• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
• Secure the platform, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

• Generate AI responses and search results grounded in your Customer Content, using foundation models operated by us or our cloud providers.

We do not sell your Customer Content and we do not use Customer Content to train public models that are shared with other customers.

3. Third‑party processors and model providers

We rely on reputable cloud providers (for example, AWS) and foundation‑model providers to process your prompts and context securely in order to return answers. These providers act as our processors and are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to deliver the requested functionality.

4. Data retention and deletion

Customer Content and related indexes are retained for as long as your account or workspace is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may remove connected sources or request deletion of specific content, which will remove it from active indexes subject to reasonable backup and audit retention.

5. Your choices

You can:

• Disconnect third‑party connectors and remove uploaded folders.
• Update your account information or close your account.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you should take care to use strong passwords and limit access to your account and connected services.
