Terms of Use
Last updated: 5/4/2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the IntelliAI platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. No legal, financial, or professional advice
IntelliAI is an AI-powered productivity and knowledge tool. Content generated by the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, HR, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs, exercising independent judgment, and obtaining advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
2. Your content and data protection
You may connect third‑party services (such as cloud drives) and upload or sync documents to the Service ("Customer Content"). You retain all rights to Customer Content. You grant IntelliAI a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and analyze Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including indexing, search, and model responses.
We do not sell Customer Content and we do not use Customer Content to train public foundation models that are shared across customers. Third‑party model providers may process your prompts and context in order to return answers; they are bound by their own terms and data‑protection commitments.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
- Upload or expose special‑category personal data (such as health, biometric, or highly sensitive financial data) unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards in place.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent security or rate limits of the Service or underlying model providers.
- Use the Service to generate or disseminate malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
4. Third‑party services
If you connect third‑party accounts (for example, Google Drive or Microsoft 365), you authorize IntelliAI to access those services on your behalf, in accordance with the permissions you grant. Third‑party providers are solely responsible for their own services and terms; IntelliAI is not liable for their acts or omissions.
5. Disclaimer; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLIAI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) USD.
6. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice (for example by email or in‑app). By continuing to use the Service after the effective date of changes, you agree to the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
7. Contact
